I tried both branches at Geylang & Bukit timah before. But, personally I prefer at Bukit timah than here. The gravy was strongly flavourful and spicy enough, but the frog meat was not that soft and very chewy, it was not up to my expectation from this famous Frog Porridge place. The picture doesn't do any justice of what I said. Yes, it looks very delicious but sad to say, it's no for me. Price $26 for 3 frogs and 1 porridge. Wanted to go to the lorong 9 (my favourite Frog porridge), unluckily the whole hawker centre in the lor.9 was closed yesterday. Besides, they have the most delicious Fried Oyster Egg.
The sauce has strong taste and suit to my liking. Use your Kopitiam Card here and get discount!

The Scrambled egg prawn rice was nice. I think it's a good combination of prawn & egg, the prawn was already deshelled. This dish was from the stall no.8 (Kitchen Delight). Moreover, this Cantine foodcourt is a Certified Halal Place, so rest assured for Halal consumers. Use your Kopitiam Card here and get discount!

So-so. They have alacarte or buffet one. Selection of vegetables is not that variety. Sauce was not spicy & meats were salty. Around $23.5 per pax for lunch buffet. Rating: 2.5/5
So nice & spicy! You can choose one from the 5 levels of spiciness, or just say add more spicy. Mine was add spicy, and real spicy. Had burning stomach after eating this though, but their taste is good. This is one of my favourite places to eat Mala and trust me, Mala is addictive. This could cost $20-$30+ depends on the meats or vegetables you choose, for 2 or more people.

Always have this noodle when eating in there. Or, The fried QQ noodle is good too. Side dishes like wanton, fried fish cake were so small and a bit overpriced, and taste isnt that good. But I surely will still come back again for their noodle!!!
Gyoza tasted ok, but was great because of the cheese topping 👍 , will come back again for some light snack. The place was hidden in basement level though.
Not amazing as I thought it would be! So dissapointed. Kinda overrated , I think. You can try once but maybe not for the second time. Price $6.50+
Chef's Dozen of Oyster was slashed at half price, this is a promotion only on Monday. Didn't know about this and felt so lucky. I will suggest people to come on Monday if you want to eat these Oysters for $55. This can satisfy 3-5 people's mouth, so you won't feel boring or won't feel as nice as the first taste for eating too many of oysters, unless you are really a big fan of oysters that can eat up to 6pieces at one go. Ordered one steak & fries, for $50+ per portion. The meat we had was in medium setting, and perfectly grilled and seasoned. The fish papillotes was seasoned and baked very well too.
In my opinion, its too salty. No special taste about this, the good is just crispy like KFC Chicken. Those in tj. Pagar Korean Restaurants would taste better than this. Cost around $20 for 12pcs of chicken with 2 fries & 2 drinks. Fries got 2 flavours : Seaweed & Kimchi, seasoning was a bit less. Sorry. Won't come back for this. Not worthy.
Price $9. Wasnt sweet as the original one. Just not my cup of tea. Thats all.
Grilled eggplant dish with Chinese seasoning was literally taste so-so, cost $3.80. Other skewers like meats cost $1.80 up. , and the cheapest skewer is the veggie one $1.5. The Oysters Minced Garlic is $4.8-$5.8 per piece, which is quite expensive for that taste. They do serve buffets too at the price of $29.90++ for dinner time. Their foods in here are the mixed between Asian cuisines of Chinese, Korean & Japanese and have more flavours/seasonings of the foods. They sell many different types of Alcohol too, the prices for the Alcohols are not pricey from the $6for tiger $8for Hoegarden and up for others. Would recommend people to hang out in here to chill down with beers but not the food, as you can find better food along the street, and there is BBQ Box in the other street, or the best Chinese BBQ would be at Chinatown place.
