had the Spanish scramble and iced latte! tasted good with the slightly buttery hash and fluffy eggs, but nothing too special :0 portion is pretty big couldn’t finish. total damage is $31 and drinks were half off or 1-1 (forgot oops) during the time we went
this is the red ruby coconut ($10+++ forgot tbh), with the coconut juice served on the side. also tried the lava cake ($12.50). both are really delicious! downside is that it is quite expensive but definitely something to go back to once in a while
staff are really proactive and welcoming! recommended teas for us to try, and were readily available to serve without asking. comfy environment and they took a picture of us and printed it as a memorabilia. this was the Chinese New Year menu back in February
this is the chilli dog! it’s $9.8 so definitely on the pricey side. there’s a generous serving of chilli, great for sharing after a meal. would love to visit again to try the kimchi dog and shakes :)
this set came with the beef steak and omurice, with additional salad, miso soup, and red bean mochi for dessert. delicious! yum yum to the tum
the place was crowded but it looked so clean and crisp! tried the mentaiko chicken bowl, avocado toast, sesame latte, and white coffee. price is not too crazy, about $50. would definitely visit again
we tried the rice cake (Nian Gao) waffle and it was interesting! i enjoyed it quite a bit. it’s chewy and I surprisingly liked the taste as I don’t usually like traditional Chinese rice cake. we had it with the butterfly pea and sesame gelato if I’m not wrong
i had the steak with fried avocado and dad had the steak with glutinous rice. both were good, I liked the fried avocado, it’s something different. the beef is cooked and marinated well, the sauce definitely improved it. the mushrooms and vegetables are stir fried, so none of that just boiled/steamed shenanigans ;) mocha and raspberry mocktail are good too
never had halal ramen before, and was pleasantly surprised! this was the chicken char siew ramen. broth is decently rich and egg is goooodd
we were staying @ hotel g and breakfast was provided; we chose to take it away. pleasantly surprised by the croissant and fresh fruit, meal was delicious and filling. the eggs were on the bland side though
we had 4 cocktails and a thin crust truffle pizza for $70+. the pizza is decent, the cocktails were only okay
surpassed our expectations (especially after reading all the poor reviews)! my dad was really satisfied with the food quality and taste. we had the march menu. usually in buffets you’ll expect some dishes to not be good but this was not the case at all! durian pengat is a must to get it’s so delicious. I liked the drunken clams as well
