One of my favourite ramen in Singapore.
I like how they provide free rice for every order of ramen(from 11:00 ~ 15:30), so I can finish off the tasty soup after my noodles.

Is it too early for oyster post? I think I am obsessed with oysters.
Happy Hour oysters over at @humpback.sg ! There were 4 kinds of oysters available during my visit, ordered 2 of each kind. Arranged from briny to creamy, my favourite would be the plump & creamy Sun Seeker.

Was never a fan of Hor Fun. Thankful for my friend‘s determined attempts in making me try.
Such a huge portion for $5. This Hor Fun did not lack in meat, noodles and most importantly, the Wok-Hei flavours. Slightly prefer the beef over fish, prawn option is available as well though I didn’t try.
They are tentatively operating in the afternoon only.

#01-56 Hin Fried Hor Fun With Prawn. Beef. Sliced Fish
10am ~ 3pm
Soft, fluffy, packed with creamy pistachio ganache.
I’ll be frank, the only flavour I like is pistachio, the rest was ordinary. But, I’m a huge fan of pistachio! 10/10 will be back just for the pistachio.

A small platter for those who can’t decide, that’s me 🙋🏻
Shrimp was unexpectedly my favourite, though I’ve seen quite a few similar opinion around, not that their lobster wasn’t amazing. But their shrimp, being so juicy & succulent, really did hit the spot.

Who else loves wet hokkien mee? 🙋🏻
A pretty decent hokkien mee located at AMK, love the wet and creaminess to it.

Stumbled into this small & cozy coffee place yesterday. They recently relocated to this place.
First impression when I walked in was, “did I accidentally walked into someone’s room?” Our expressions were pure confusion.
The place was pretty chilled & unexpected. Owner was very personable, he introduced us the coffee they offer. I had White, my usual, while my partner had Sparkling Cold Brew. The Sparkling Cold Brew was really interesting, unlike anything I had before.
Throwback to few weeks back. Seasonal fresh fish from that day’s special menu.
This is a huge ass bowl. It was so heavy, I had trouble shifting it, much less lifting it. Some of the sashimi included in this platter are: otoro, chutoro, akami, salmon, tako, ika, scallop & ikura.
Smells so good, I couldn’t resist having some while taking photo, which explain the little portion photo 😂
Thanks to the people who told me about this fried oyster, I really like it. The starchy fried egg was crispy and flavourful.

Looking for something to drink after lunch?
Tried this Cold Brew Tea from Sinpopo recently and I love it! The bottle quality is pretty good, kept it to be reused.

Every time I am at The Oyster Bank for oysters, I always had trouble deciding what to order for main & sides. Until now! Ngl, I do prefer the salmon over the scallops so perhaps I might go with full Salmon Don the next time.
On top of that, I had the baked cheese, which is a 125g camembert wheel topped with honey & walnut, and takoyaki as well. Both are pretty decent!
