City Hall
One of my favourite ramen in Singapore.
I like how they provide free rice for every order of ramen(from 11:00 ~ 15:30), so I can finish off the tasty soup after my noodles.

Looking for something to drink after lunch?
Tried this Cold Brew Tea from Sinpopo recently and I love it! The bottle quality is pretty good, kept it to be reused.

Cold Brew Tea Bottle $8
Every time I am at The Oyster Bank for oysters, I always had trouble deciding what to order for main & sides. Until now! Ngl, I do prefer the salmon over the scallops so perhaps I might go with full Salmon Don the next time.
On top of that, I had the baked cheese, which is a 125g camembert wheel topped with honey & walnut, and takoyaki as well. Both are pretty decent!

New Wagyu Don
With A4 wagyu, first sous vide then pan-seared and glazed with the restaurant’s homemade marinade for over six hours before it is served.
Took awhile for the food to be served and I’m glad the food is worth the wait. Tasty sauce on rice(i love the rice), beef was tender and flavourful. What better way to enhance my meal than adding foie gras? Or save $5 if you are not a fan of foie gras.
Only available at City Link outlet.

SUPA Wagyu with Foie Gras Don $19.80+
New bottle? The bottle is so cute I feel like I shouldn’t throw it away 😭 Favourite yogurt with purple rice brand.
Tomato Mala Soup, anybody? This bowl here cost $7.70
Very customisable, from the ingredients to the soup base.
Soup base options: Mala, Tomato, Chinese Pickled Vegetables, Mushroom, Pork Broth & Dry Mala. My personal favourite is Tomato Mala.
Unlike the mala soup in hotpot where you see layer of chilli oil and Sichuan peppercorn, I like that this does not and it’s a mixture of pork broth and mala, very drinkable.
Delivery: GrabFood/FoodPanda/FREE Islandwide Delivery(min. $40, more details on their page)

Whenever I see gyoza with such base, it’s a must try. This gyoza by AFURI did not disappoint. Dipped into chilli oil & vinegar for enhanced taste. Gyoza has a crispy base, thin skin and appropriate portion of filling. satisfying.
Roasted pulled pork topped with guacamole. Flavourful and delicious, every mouthful is satisfying. Meat was coated with spicy sauce that is done just right
Salmon skin generously coated with mentaiko, not jelat and very tasty. However, when I re order it on another visit, mentaiko wasn’t as generous as this photo. But I will still give it another chance
Any Matcha lover here? 🙋🏻 Nasty Cookie has recently launched Matcha Mania Cookie! Oh gosh, this chunk of green mess is insanely good! The freshly baked cookie is thick & filled with flowy matcha.

Matcha Mania $5.50
Tried their signature tomato base and it did not disappoint, wagyu beef was very tender and I like the noodles texture which isn’t too soft. Side dishes can be skipped. Tasted a little of the other bases, all are decent but tomato base is my favourite.

Marinated Wagyu Beef Noodle $15.90
My new addiction! Love the yogurt drink with purple rice. First mouth of it felt like, “hmm, what..?” but the more I drink, the more I like it. Until the end it felt like, “ah!? I want another cup....”
Tried a few other drinks there, Chewy Oats Yogurt is quite nice too, but this is my favourite!
