Tastes like beef noodles! Very interesting as a noodle for yong tao fu.

Superb technique in cooking! Pork belly is extremely crispy but not oily at all. It was my favourite dish. Flavour of the meat has been slightly dulled though. But it pairs really well with the lemon and mustard. Interesting take on 烧肉.

Not to be confused with the Jumbo Prawn [$9], the large prawns are slightly sweeter. Definitely recommend having the dry noodles with chilli!! The soup as a side is better because noodles are blan-co on its own. Not exactly sure the number of half-prawns you will get. I had 5, while my friend had 3; it might have been a mixed up.

Small size starts at $40. Chocolate coating is extremely generous. Incredibly airy sponge which makes you feel like you're eating cotton candy (some prefer denser sponge), but definitely worth a try! Cakes can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

There was a weird smell. But the food tasted good. The sauce had a slight spiciness in the aftertaste. Worth to try if you like seafood.

Overall taste was good - tender beef, al denté pasta, and good blend of tomato and beef in the sauce. But not a dish that stands out in Tess Bar & Kitchen.
