One prawn and coTried the set menu at One Prawn & Co and it didn’t disappoint. The prawns were the highlight, super fresh and juicy. Hor fun had that slightly burnt edge which made it more fragrant. Octopus spicy but not too overwhelming, still enjoyable. Burrata was rich and the beans had a nice smoky taste that tied everything together. Good mix of flavours, very satisfying.
