Yay more vegetarian! It's perfect colours on a plate, and everything was cooked well - creamy scrambled eggs, fresh avocado mash, crunchy chickpeas, and a lightly creamed portion of spinach. Definitely a healthier, heartier version of your classic big breakfast...but I'm pretty sure the portion has shrunk since the last time I was here! 😔

This tasted like a creamier version of typical Indian curry (like the one you get as a dipping sauce for prata). An interesting spin of pasta sauce, with a healthy serving of 4 prawns and crispy laksa leaves. That said, it could get a tad too "jelat" after a while. (P.S. Yes this was a naughty break from my vegetarian diet :P)

Back on the vegetarian trail! This mushroom risotto was creamy and decadent. Some of the mushrooms were soft and chewy, but there were some that were dried and toasty - almost like bacon! The truffle taste was also pretty distinct. Definitely a classic dish done right 😋

This takeaway-only ice cream boutique dishes out botanical-focused flavours - think white chrysanthemum, strawberry basil. While most of the flavours taste exactly as they are named, we thought the spiced pear was the most interesting of them all. It was also light and not too sweet, although $5.70 is a tad too expensive for a return visit anytime soon!

A decent vegetarian option for lunch - the portion of zucchini, carrots, cashews, cabbage, capsicum, Abd spring onions is hugeee, and the peanut sauce flavour shines through. Only complaint would be that the zucchini could be cooked to resemble noodles more closely!

Who knew a vegan burger could be this good? You can never tell that the juicy, crispy batter that you are biting into is actually a soy patty! Placed on a bed of lettuce with mushrooms, pepper and a mushroom cream sauce, this is a burger well worth the trip to Eunos. Couldn't care less about the fries though; I usually love seaweed fries but these were meh at best

Still on my vegetarian streak! This pizza was all cheesy goodness, with a decent amount of roasted vegetables! The crust was also crispy on the outside and soft like bread in the centre. Not mind blowing, but hits the spot!

Who knew you could get a hearty western breakfast in our hawker centers? The scrambled eggs were soft and decadent, well-seasoned with freshly cracked pepper and topped off with generous slices of chorizo. The cheese toast was also to die for, with rich, creamy cheese sandwiched between their house made bread! Extra kudos for the service, the owner told me to "要烧烧吃!" Hope your budding business takes off and more people recognize Taste Affair's amazing culinary skills 😊
