Tried salmon samurai for the first time i have to say - WOW! have nvr heard of mala mentaiko (and I m a huge mala fan) and this was rly nice actually the mala taste wasn't v strong but it matched well w the mentaiko. The chilled citrus ramen - so unique!!!! Have nvr tried such a pairing before and I have to say... I've been won over!!!! Ok but tbh it tasted like soba with the dipping sauce and dont rly rmb any citrus-y taste but that's fine I guess for $9.90.

WOW. Serving was amazing the beef was sooooo thick and big but then of course its 350g HAHHA but werf!!!! Texture is slightly more similar to chicken breast and less fatty compared to the ribeye

Tbh, the ribeye was alot fattier than I expected and preferred but I guess the fats gave it flavour. Mac and cheese was nice!!!! And generous serving while onion rings are just onion rings

Verdict: for affordable steak this place does its job!

Debated over whether to get guo tie ($6.50 for 10) or xlb but got this in the end. Really love the meat filling because its so yummy!!!! The chives also add a nice fragrance and balances the taste v well! The skin is crispy (tho slightly oily but I'd say that's normal) so yUM!!!

Tried the v popular la mian with fried bean sauce ($4.50). Not bad tasty, alittle sweet-ish taste and noodle texture is firm and chewy! Sauce is generous too. Tbh wld have preferred some spice so that its not just sweet taste but okay its fine HAHAHA

Tried the beef noodles ($4.50) here and no regrets!!!!!! The soup is dayuuuum v tasty, beef slices are yummy and the noodle is the same as in their famous la mian dish, very firm and chewy noodles heheh and good portions for v affordable price!!! Will come back agn hehe!!

Read many great reviews and decided to try out the spicy wanton ($6.50 for 10) for myself!!! The meat filling is rly yummy, the spicy and sour sauce is not bad, skin texture is nice but I'd say the best part is the meat filling heheh

tried the aburi salmon don today ($10.90) that comes w 8 slices of thick salmon so yUM!!!!!

as always, the truffle mushroom rice is AMAZING and honestly for the price... the thickness and number of salmon they gave is 10/10. The teriyaki sauce adds flavour to the salmon too hehe and the don comes with some jellyfish (?) too which is yum

I'd def put this place as one of my favourite considering price and portions yay try it out!!!!! 😛

Went on a Saturday afternoon and there was a long queue, had to wait around ~20-30mins. Decided to get the 4 piece plain pancakes ($7.90) and added an extra topping of vanilla icecream ($1).

SO SURPRISING!!! so much btr than expected the pancakes were sooo soft, and the fresh cream was v light!! Paired together with the vanilla ice-cream, yuuuum hehe like soft and sweet and the butter provides a little salty-ness.. 😍

Rating: 8.5/10

Verdict: Would definitely come back again to have more or try the other flavours heheh. For 2pax, you can just share 4pieces because it actually filled us up HAHAHAH

tried the wagyu beef don using burpple ($25 for 2 sets so $12.50/pax)

For the price, the don size is pretty small. They gave a generous serving of beef slices so that's nice but beef is kinda dry and not tender so luckily the slices were thin if not it wld have been hard to swallow! Flavour wise the beef isn't very flavourful, taste was mainly salt and pepper. Rice was fine!

Staff (especially the cashier auntie) was very friendly!

Bought with burple 1 for 1 so $12.90 for 2.
Very worth it with 1f1 and the center is proper legit durian puree and cake exterior is nice and soft.

A little on the small side so might be a tad pricy without the 1 for 1. But overall good tasty.

Tried another well-reviewed taco, the chimichurri chicken taco ($13 for 2)! It wasn't bad the chicken was tasty, but honestly didn't impress as a whole
