Once we saw that there was no queue outside, the decision was immediate and unanimous that we are going to finally try their Ramen. I ordered the Shoyu Soba that came with a slice of Char Siu, Bamboo Shoot, Leek & Truffle Puréed in Truffle Oil. Quite good, though I've had better ones in Tokyo so the big question is, "Are they really able to bring in the Michelin factor in Singapore? Is it worth queueing for?" The meat is really tender and the noodles are cooked to a nice al dente. .
