FYI this is my first time trying the cuisine of Yunnan province, and I must say I loved it! The dishes were good and pretty unique, different than the typical Chinese food I’ve tried so far. •

Their signature dish is the Steamed Pot Chicken Soup, which is pressure steamed for 3 hours. This resulted in a flavourful and non-greasy soup. Another crowd favorite is the Wild Porcini Mushrooms, a little spicy and very addictive!
