Cabbage and Tofu Dumplings ($28) consisted of roasted coconut flakes and cauliflower puree. my friend and i we didn't enjoy to eat this dish finish bc got jelak (creamy and sweet) taste.

Pork & Chive Dumplings ($32) we did redeemed 1 for 1 burpple under main dish so the ambience was really intimate and dim light setting. consisted of truffle emulsion, truffle pate, coconut flakes and sourdough bread. my friend and i we did enjoy to eat this dish finish bc got not that strong truffle.

Not a real 1-for-1 deal Been here several times. Food here is 10/10. However, did not appreciate that they have a separate price menu for burpple user without informing us. This menu is priced higher than their normal menu. Ultimately only saved ~$5 as compared to 2 mains from their original menu.

Good bowl of Chirashi Easy fix for a bowl of chirashi. What's funny is that they have a separate pricing menu for those using the Burrple 1 for 1, the prices for it was being jacked up. Strange thou.

𝗠𝗦𝟵 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗛𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲 ($𝟯𝟵) This dish promised top grade MS9 Wagyu beef which was braised in a red wine demi-glace sauce. Interestingly, this was served with only one sheet of pasta. Called a ‘lasagnotte’, the massive pasta sheet was cooked al dente. . Now the Wagyu beef was tender and deliciously fattier compared to the beef in their beef ragu with its flavours well infused into the sauce. The assorted mushrooms that were stewed in the sauce added a firm bite, texture, and umami that we enjoyed! The lasagnotte is a huge sheet and we wish there was more sauce to coat it. Some might find the texture as unvarying throughout the meal, so it may be a good idea to get this and a different pasta type to share ☺️

Tiger Prawn Dumpling ($13) We couldn’t decide between the dumplings and croquettes and followed the staff’s recommendation to get this! Reminiscent of a 红油抄手 (dumplings in chilli oil), the spicy vinegary sauce was very appetising. The dumpling itself was simple, a tiger prawn wrapped in thin skin, a good pairing with its sauce.

Steak The steak is perfectly done. Similarly the grilled barramundi and the tiger prawn/scallop linguine except the linguine is abit too salty for me. The waitress is very friendly and attentive.

1-For-1: Lunch Mains/Pasta (~save $34) Perle Noire Oyster & Grill Bar is best known for serving premium steak cuts air-flown from USA, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay and New Zealand. But that’s not all, they also have stellar pasta dishes on their menu! The Tiger Prawns & Scallops Spicy Tom Yum Linguine is the epitome of east meets west.

Signature Wagyu Beef Fried Rice Overall taste was alright however, the minced beef is extremely salty which made the entire dish salty even though I indicated no salt for the fried rice. Also, it is super oily even though I indicated less oil.

Saute managed to concoct a unique recipe for a vegan orh luah 😱 Absolutely insane, the taste is fantastic, coupled with the restaurant’s unique chilli , woahhh ☺️☺️ 100% recommended for all vegans who wants a go at some unique vegan cuisines 😍 Saute is fully vegetarian with no alliums. For eggless and vegan options, please take note to order dishes with no egg or with vegan options. Conveniently located near City Hall MRT (EW13) with a linkway from the MRT straight to Funan Mall.

Sichuan Mala Hotpot A pot of bold, spicy broth infused with Sichuan peppercorns, bringing that signature numbing heat. Loaded with mushrooms, tofu, fresh greens and tofu puffs that soaked up the fiery soup. Each ingredient carried the broth’s depth in its own way. The spice was strong yet balanced, making it hearty and comforting especially when paired with rice on the side 》$16.50

the best thing on the menu I had the Elvis ($11) which had PB, raw cacao, banana blended together to form a thick & creamy smoothie bowl, topped with house-made vanilla granola. Also topped with raw peanut butter cubes which were to die for!! The top layer was rich pb & choc, and the bottom sticky crunchy layer was a mixture of crushed cashews, pitted dates & coconut.

change to gluten free toast!!!! was convinced by a friend to change the buns of the Portobello Mushroom Burger ($18) to Gluten-free Toast (+$3). It’s LIFE CHANGING SERIOUSLY. As usual, their potato chunks taste amazing esp when paired with their housemade mayo.

STANDARD DROP, STAFF DONT CARE Risotto was just severely undercooked !!!!! Told at least 2 STAFFS and they said errrr ok …. HOWEVER NO ACTION BEING DONE…. UNACCEPTABLE FOR A F&B restaurant. TRULY the worst food ever. Won’t even pay a penny for the food.

Good burger Soft shell crab burger @ $24+ Comes with choice of fries - we chose wasabi mayo The soft shell crab was a bit salty. The chilli crab sauce was not bad. Overall was ok, the egg in the burger alr burst when it was served. The wasabi mayo was quite spicy. Overall ok, but probably not worth $24.

Go to place for Frozen Yuzu Beer! Great frozen beer - thick layer of foam was almost like an ice-blend consistency. Happy hour promo of $26 for 2 glasses was pretty worth it. Yuzu recommended, lychee was quite strange. Skewers wise, we ordered the Set of 8 for $15 which was quite worth it and we were very satisfied with the taste. Pork Belly, pork ribs, chicken wings, potato slices were all good. Added on the Foil-wrapped enoki ($6.90) and we loved the garlic topping.

Lamb Shank so much goodness packed into 1 plate. the meat slid off the bone effortlessly and was super succulent. mixed with its special spice and herbs sauce which was so unique and delectable. the blue pea rice was also very tasty and fragrant. finished the last bite wanting for more
