This (Seafood Park) place at the Commonwealth Crescent cluster of eateries offers relatively large portions of local tze char delights, at prices up to ~10% lower than some HK Street Chun Kee outlets. We usually order the hae cho (pictured)@$8, as well as yummy noodle dishes@$4 onwards like Chinese mee goreng (background). Each tze char place in Singapore has its own delish dishes!

The 3 different “don”s were as pictured on the menu, but seemed smaller in reality. That’s the reason why there were only female diners during lunch? 😂 Would I recommend this place? There was nothing to wow us, and nothing to fault either. Its location is probably the strongest selling point.

This menu item may not look exciting but the beef was tender and the wok hei - infused hor fun was delicious. The Chef that cooked it today deserves 9/10!

This is a proper dining place for friends/family to gather with a much wider menu than its sister “Lazy Lizard” (pub) near 6th Avenue. The food is pretty good too - try the beer battered wings (pictured). On our previous visits, we had very good sausage/meat sharing platters. Use the discounts on apps such as Eatigo and Entertainer.

This stylish Bananier cake from Antoinette contains “flambe banana” with rum, caramel parfait, dark chocolate mousse, chocolate genoise, milk, chocolate feuilletine.

We picked tonkotsu soup variants and the ipad ordering system allowed us to opt for the curly yellow miso noodles instead-yay! Decent with the 50% eatigo app discount (selected timings).

Bye Cold Stone, we will really miss you. Every visit generated happy memories, and we have amassed so many over the years. Last day of operations at VivoCity today. 😢 Queues have eased these ~ 2 weeks so go early today for your favourite flavours!

This “Chicken Casarecce” on the pasta menu is always a treat - fresh pasta done al dente and the roasted chicken, mushroom and bacon juices are all fired in the delicious creamy sauce with herbs. $29.95 for a main course portion; 1 for 1 using the Entertainer app. Skip the “famous prawn linguine” on the menu.

This location is right next to heavy pedestrian traffic - a great place if you want to chill and watch the world go by...the food is good too. Prices are not low but they do offer discounts eg via Eatigo app. We enjoyed the Tagliatelle Lobster (pictured).

Home made pasta “with cream of mushrooms and truffle oil sauce”. $25 on the menu. The fresh pasta had a lovely bite to it, and the sauce was fragrant.

The first time we enjoyed unagi, foie gras, hotate sashimi and poached egg in a “don” rice bowl! Everything was very good and tasty, though this isn’t a fine dining restaurant. The menu price is $25.80 but thanks to the Eatigo app discount, we got it at a steal.
