A taste of the rich, salty cheese melded with creamy, umami mentaiko immediately had us muttering “so good” while we stuffed more in our mouths. Check out this Japanese izakaya tucked at a HDB block in Kovan if you’re in the area!

We love how the YTF pieces retained the crispiness of its fried exterior even when coated in sauce. Their Big Prawns Hor Fun ($16/$32/$48) is worth the hype thanks to the strong wok hei that came with it.
