This truffle mushroom pizza is really the bomb 😍 been patronizing this place ever since I found it in 2015, and each visit I will DEFINITELY have this as one of my orders ❤️ not on burpple beyond (why....😞) but fret not cos it’s on entertainer & they have a similar sister cafe at orchard (Benjamin Barker!) would say that the pizzas are really similar (same name even) but I prefer this one as it’s less cheesy. BUT both are still pretty similar AND REALLY GOOD

Laksa pasta is an interesting fusion food but I am not a fan. I would just go eat laksa any day over this but if you haven’t tried it, worth a try! :) the soft shell crab was pretty good :) some of my friends are crazy over this so might just be a personal preference. For me this pizza any day any time man 👌🏻😍

Literally one of THE BESTS 😍 always getting some to pack home when I walk by. They are really crumbling though, be careful if not placed in the box cos it might crumble & disintegrate as you swing it around on the way home. But really do give this a try SOOOO GOOD 😇 buy more & eat this as breakfast/ tea/ or any-post meal snack (like what I’m doing)

Absolutely LOVE the beef one, the chirashi one was good but I would say pick the beef truffle one ANY TIME ANY DAY! Legit SOOOOO GOOD (that I only have 1 last deal left on burpple) 😞 so yes what you waiting for? GO TRY.

The large one is defo a lot a lot more worth, but succumbed to the smaller bowl in the end cos I wanted space for dessert (but regretting my decision later AGAIN cos polished off the bowl WAY TOO FAST 😞) but legit one of the BESTEST beef bowls I have tried at a really REASONABLE price :) would be back soon 😍😍😍

Also, some tips for dessert after this: nesuto or duxton41 are SUPER nearby to serve yummy desserts to end your meal ;) (duxton41 is literally a few steps away)

Really enjoyed the smoothie bowls, felt really light & refreshing as they didn’t top it with too much of sauces :) came with a good amount of granola so yes would recommend! Both bowls are 💯☺️, & with burpple beyond, each bowl is $6?! 😍

Really near outram mrt! Walking distance from Tanjong Pagar too :) great to start the day or even as a dessert! Would love the try the toasts here too they look great

These are non-sugar cakes!! WOW (#healthy2k19 yes??) I personally really like the chocolate fudge cake, I think I can easily finish it myself without having getting jelat so you can safely order 2 (one each for you & a friend) to have one each! Plus it’s really tiny :)

On the other hand, the cheesecake - as much as I knew it was a non-sugared cake, I didn’t like the texture & blandness in it. Maybe I just have a super sweet tooth...but Yknow you need to go out for desserts?? Haha but yep reserve this if you are on a sugar diet & wanna be healthy 🌚

If not, this place has really chill vibes that I enjoy! Not too crowded & noisy, perfect quiet place to go after dinner to chill! Defo will go back for their choco fudgecake!!!! 🤗 RECOMMEND!

The mushroom pasta is loveeee really good for $14 & the Ba chor hey me is a really interesting fusion food - tastes a little like a mix of zha jiang mian & meepok (with prawns & fried mushrooms).

Of course again, the price tag makes everything soooo good :) all for $16+ after GST & service charge!

Coffee was pretty good, and a nice place tucked at the corner good to chill! A little on the pricey side, but a nice coffee treat once in a while is good for the soul

Been here right from the start when they opened 6 years ago & the gashouse eggs have never disappointed ☺️ the cheese + egg infused into the toast....like NO IDEA how they made this SOOOO amazing?!? The bacon jam is also pretty unique!

Their scrambled eggs are also the right consistency & goes really well with the croissant :’) something to try while you are here. But the croissant has nothing much to rave about, just pretty typical!

Superb food & service + cosy ambience to catchup + no GST or service charge, one of my fav to go places!!! 💯 made even better now that it’s on burpple beyondddd. Mad savings!! $6.50/ pax for 2 of us for that?! 😍

Such a rare find - this traditional herbal BKT is sure to make you super satisfied! Add on some youtiao to dip into the herbal soup too. The claypot rice was also not a huge portion but just a right amount to leave some space for dessert.

Besides the rare find of such a type of herbal BKT, this shop also hires ex-convicts & you can support them in their new lease of life while having such gooood food 😊

This was RLY the bomb as there was so much filling (both chicken & potato & a whole EGG....like where can u find a curry bread with the whole egg inside?!), the bread is really fluffy as well 😊 and $2.70 for a ginormous loaf makes this even more worth it! Popular flavors are their Chocolate banana & tomyum as well, but Tom yum was sold out by the time I got there!

Tried the chocolate banana too - the banana chunks & choco was a heavenly match :) for the sweet tooth! Still prefer my curry chicken but WILL BE BACK for the Tom yum ☺️

Verdict: the silver/ gold flakes tastes like nothing/ seaweed? ? ? Like WHAT LOL lots of it got blown away as we laughed at what we just bought.....SUPER not worth I’m sorry cos we paid +$4 for those flakes when we thought it came with the set?! :<

The ice cream was not horrible but not great either. Too milky too creamy, I’ll still prefer stick with my usual ice cream or even yole.....But to give some credit, the sea salt was ALRIGHTTT & it looks quite pretty but that’s about it!

Was good but wasn’t mind blowing! (Used to be better in my memory tho) but had this with beef ribs cream pasta, mustard cheese egg roll (sounds weird but it was goooood - recommend sharing >3 ppl cos can get gelat after 2nd piece) & the ever so good crabmeat fish roe rice balls 🥰👌🏻
