Back at Marché Mövenpick, aka my go-to restaurant for some good ol’ savoury crepes 😋 Love how their crepes are freshly made upon order, and are prepared right before our eyes in an open concept kitchen! Ordered the roasted chicken crepe this time round, which encompasses a bountiful amount of shredded carrots, purple cabbage slaw and succulent pieces of chicken. It is then topped with a sapid garlic parsley spread, as well as the ever mouth-watering melted cheddar cheese 🤤 The crepe has a hint of buttery aroma, yet it tastes really light and eggy. This mellow goodness is well complemented with the flavourful fillings, working the wonderful combination of a good savoury crepe 💯 All this served with a refreshing side salad and some hearty cream sauce 👌🏼 Many might comment on how big the portion is, but as a relatively big eater, I have personally devoured this by myself everytime I ordered it and still had space for dessert! 😅

What’s on their menu includes other savoury crepes such as the smoked salmon, pulled beef, black forest ham and mushroom and cheese crepes, as well as the usual sweet crepes. When heading down to Marché, make sure you give their apple pie, potato rosti, grilled rotisserie, thin-crust pizzas and seafood paella a try as well! It’s better to go in a large group of course, so that you’d get to try a bit of everything 😉 sharing is caring! hehe 🙆🏻‍♀️

WHAT PURE BLISS LOOKS LIKE IN A CUP 💕😍☺️ this was one of Yolé’s limited edition rotational flavours - the Polish Raspberry flavoured frozen yogurt! best paired with their newest crunch, the green tea kit kat bites 😋 my all-time favourite chocorock sauce wasn’t available when I ordered that day, hence I picked the hazelnut sauce instead, which is basically chocorock without the crunch factor. thankfully, it still tastes as good! 🤤👌🏼

Fortune Food has many outlets island-wide, but most of them are situated in the east. This is the one from the stall located at Albert Centre Market & Food Centre (just next to Bugis Street).

PROS
- copious amount of fillings 🤗
- turnips were nice and juicy
- it's halal certified! 🙌🏼

CONS
- no beansprouts (might be ideal for some)
- the fritters were extremely soggy
- the entire roll lacked the crunchy essence

although overall, the popiah was pretty tasty, it definitely felt like something was lacking. personally, I prefer having beansprouts in my popiah, and I am not a fan of the soggy fritters either.

🌯 overall rating: 7.5/10 🌯

I’m totally diggin’ the newly designed sakura themed cups at Starbucks! Got my usual Teavana Matcha Espresso Fusion in venti, and I love how my drink looks a whole lot prettier than it already is, with the new cup design 😍☺️🌸

HERE’S TO MY FAVOURITE BOWL OF DUMPLING NOODLES IN THE WHOLE OF SINGAPORE - think plump, juicy dumplings with a generous amount of minced meat, shrimps and chestnut cubes encased within, served atop a delectable bowl of springy noodles drenched in a delightfully savoury sauce 🤪 I grew up eating the noodles from this stall and apart from the rise in price over the years due to inflation, practically nothing has changed - the noodles, sauce and dumplings are always of consistent quality and it always leaves me craving for more 😋

Love how well-seasoned the chicken was ☺️ Picked the roasted bell peppers, cauliflower and mushroom medley for my supplements. The mushrooms were rather oily that it got a little distasteful after awhile, especially when the oil was soaked up by the other ingredients and my romaine was particularly oily... It would have been much better if they could drain some of the oil away before serving. Topped it all off with toasted coconut flakes and romesco sauce as my dressing.

Overall, a rather satisfactory meal despite how greasy it was. Everything still tasted really good and their portions never fail to make me return for more :)

As a Cedele member, I always find myself patronising Cedele for its healthy and wholesome food. I'm especially a total sucker for their DIY salads :)

Here's what I picked this time round:
1 base: romaine lettuce
2 proteins: tuna flakes and roasted chicken
4 toppings: broccoli, sweet potato, grilled eggplants and edamame beans
1 dressing: plum sesame sauce

The tuna flakes were extremely dry; will not order it again. The creamy sweet potatoes and mushy grilled eggplants are my go-to toppings as they never disappoint 😋

Got myself a soup as well (+$3 for add-on with a main). Of course, I had to get my all-time favourite curry pumpkin soup which was so satisfyingly rich and creamy 🎃 Sliced some bread for myself at the bread counter to go along with the soup; love how there's such a wide range of bread available at this outlet 😍🍞

Roasted ground black sesame seeds tossed with sugar encased within a soft and fragrant bun. Love how every bite was guaranteed a mouthful of crunchy delight! This is truly the best black sesame bun I've ever tasted 😍💯

My parents are huge fans of the Paradise Group chain of restaurants plastered all over the island, which explains my family's frequent visits to their restaurants. Paradise Dynasty is undoubtedly one of my favourite go-to places for a good bowl of handmade la mian noodles and yummy savoury dumplings 😌

The la mian noodles were accompanied with five juicy and plump prawn and pork wanton, each of them encased in a delicate slippery skin which was amazingly smooth. The noodles had a light and springy texture, and was cooked in their signature pork bone broth. The signature stock is said to have used ingredients like pork bone, pork ribs and whole chicken, and is simmered over slow fire for 12 hours before being served. This thus gave rise to the thick and flavourful broth, yum! 😋

Overall, this was an extremely satisfying bowl of noodles! Best inhaled on a cold, rainy day 🤤☔️💕

I had another serving all by myself after dinner today 😅 bought my second cup of llaollao of the day because I simply couldn't resist getting it at the thought of how I would never be able to enjoy it in SG anymore..... can I self-proclaim the title of the ultimate queen of llaollao already? 😛👸🏻

so I thought it would be my very last time having llaollao in Singapore yesterday, but thankfully, the outlet at West Mall was still operating today! 😍 here's what I got after lunch earlier on - a large cup of llaollao's creamy froyo topped with freshly sliced strawberries, sweet caramelised cookies, and a generous drizzle of my all-time favourite chocorock sauce ❤️❤️❤️

this was my llaollao fix yesterday; got myself a large cup of froyo right after dinner 😌 I was beyond elated when I realised that some of the llaollao outlets were still operating yesterday! 😍💕
