amazing brew - earthy, nutty and well-bodied. i haven’t had such good coffee in awhile!
while the pasta was well-done, served with two huge prawns, i did find the sauce lacking. tasted more cream than tomyum and the combi or ratio was a little odd tasting.
good serving for the price. pasta was al dente and had a good bite. enjoyed it! do note that it’s chilled pasta & not warm. will eat again if i’m nearby!
an all-time favourite since young! i don’t crave for malay cuisine very often but if i do, red ginger is always the first place i think about. their food options are always tasty and well-flavoured!
a very hearty meal. loved how tasty the chicken was, paired with rice which was mildly fragrant. though headsup to those into super lemak kind, this may not be as rich as you’ll like. the star of the meal was however their ikan billis and roasted peanuts. lightly salted, no fishy taste and paired amazingly well with the rice and chilli! (wished they gave more!)
a standard waffle that paired well with their gelatos. what really stood out was the roasted cacao gelato. so fragrant, smooth and not jelat even with more mouthfuls. will def reorder this flavour!
best of both worlds - smooth, fragrant and creamy.
we were captivated at first mouth! fragrant, savoury, sweet with a good balance of spice. only thing was, it skewed towards the sweeter side and id usually prefer my chilli crab more spicy than sweet!
an interesting combi, spaghetti was al dente, roasted pork fragrant though would have appreciated if it was a little crispier on the top. the sundried tomatoes were an acquired taste but a good addition to cut through the meaty flavours (pork & bacon). they had spice options and normal spicy was not spicy at all for me so i’d opt for extra spicy next time!
truly one of the best carrot cakes i’ve had - moist, fragrant with some good textures to bite into. a huge yes for me.
the most interesting of the lot - featuring crepe base that was *cripsy* at the ends. this added an extra texture which we enjoyed! only thing was, we would have preferred it with more of that eggy goodness.
crispy and reminds me so much of taiwan! honestly one of the more authentic ones i've had in sg (but also, point to note, my last visit was in 2017 🙈).
