the most interesting of the lot - featuring crepe base that was *cripsy* at the ends. this added an extra texture which we enjoyed! only thing was, we would have preferred it with more of that eggy goodness.
crispy and reminds me so much of taiwan! honestly one of the more authentic ones i've had in sg (but also, point to note, my last visit was in 2017 🙈).
smooth, rich and creamy. our favourite & must-order!
a comforting dish - have it with their homemade chilli for extra flavour boost (the chilli definitely has a kick, so go easy at first try!).
we tried a spread of their dishes but i'll zoom in on our favourite here (we even ordered seconds!):

a comforting dish i'd reach out to. i don't usually rate dishes but if i did, i'd give this a 5/5. in a single mouth, you'll taste the fragrance of the scallion oil, paired with soft tender chicken pieces with no gamey taste. this was also our favourite (and that's 5 of us) out of all the dishes we had.
simple, fuss-free side dish that i'd gladly snack on while putting on some shows. interestingly, i don't remember having it with any dips in taiwan but i must say, it was a pleasant addition. it was tangy yet sweet, and i found myself reaching out for it with each mouth of pancake.
a pork floss lover will love this. generously packed with floss rolled in a thin crepe egg layer and drizzled with sweet sauce, this was easily the snack we reached out to when it was served. this was also my favourite breakfast when i was in taiwan so it definitely brought back fond memories.
