Came here with my partner on a quiet weekday night and the food here was amazing. The staff’s were very attentive and put in lots of efforts to explain the menu and share a brief background about their food added a personal and welcoming touch. The warm and cozy setting made it an ideal spot for those seeking a quiet and relaxing space, perfect for a delightful evening. Their methods of fermentation, dry aging and cooking over the wood fire was amazing.

The sourdough bread with seasonal fermented butter was a perfect starter to our meal. The bread was well-toasted, with a crusty exterior, while the fermented butter’s tangy richness complemented the sourdough very well.

The maitake & pork was an amazing combination of textures and flavors. The pork was very tender and incredibly savory, while the crispy kale added a delightful crunch. The shio koji sauce provided an umami flavor that tied the dish together wonderfully.

The venison tenderloin was another highlight, as it was perfectly cooked and tender pairing beautifully with the sweet and creamy squash puree. The tart pickled blackberry and crispy broccolini added contrast, while the black olive dust and lacto-fermented blueberry bordelaise brought unexpected layers of complexity and intrigue.

The Wagyu picanha was super meaty and indulgent. The shio koji marinade enhanced the wagyu’s rich flavor, while the slow-roasted banana shallot added a subtle sweetness that complemented the meat’s tenderness.

The honey & yoghurt dessert was a refreshing and creative conclusion to the meal. The home made Greek yoghurt ice cream was luxuriously creamy, balanced by the airy pistachio sponge and strawberries. The olive oil snow and lacto-fermented strawberry honey added unique and surprising flavors, making the dessert a memorable finale.

Highly recommended for those who are looking for a relaxed dining experience and I am looking forward to returning to explore more of their incredible menu!

Came here to catch up with a group of friends and from the moment we arrived, it was clear that One Prawn & Co values quality and transparency in everything they do. The open kitchen added a unique charm, allowing us to watch the chefs in action as they carefully crafted each dish with precision. For items ordered by weight, such as the Dry-Aged Black Cod and the 16-Day Dry-Aged Kingfish with Pickled Papaya Slaw, the staff thoughtfully presented the seafood to us beforehand, showing its exact weight to ensure complete clarity. This small but meaningful gesture made us feel well-informed and valued.

We also tried the Prawn Toast with Aioli, which was perfectly crisp and bursting with flavor, and the Signature Fish Burger paired well with the homemade tartare sauce with a slight hint of yuzu. For dessert, the Pavlova was refreshing with tropical fruits pairing well with the lime mousse, while the Smoked Ice Cream offered a creative and indulgent end to the meal.

Market Bistro provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a weekday dinner date. Came with my partner for dinner after work and we both loved the fried camembert cheese and baby squid for starters. Both were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and great for sharing. The chilli garlic aioli offered a spicy and refreshing taste for the baby squid! The tiger prawn bisque pasta was rich and creamy, while the grass-fed ribeye was perfectly cooked medium rare and paired beautifully with red wine sauce. To top it off, the moist chocolate brownie with ice cream was the perfect sweet ending.

Came with my partner, and we tried the fried burrata, Bismark Blanc pizza, Wagyu Bolognese, and Tiramisu for dessert. The Wagyu Bolognese stood out as my favorite, with its rich, beefy flavors shining through every bite. The dishes paired excellently with their refreshing Brewlander XPA. The happy hour 1-for-1 beer or wine during dinner was a pleasant surprise, adding great value to an already fantastic meal.

Service was impeccable, the ambiance cozy, and every dish left us wanting more. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!

Had dinner at Meadesmoore on a Wednesday night and it was such a memorable experience. We started with the Burrata di Pugliese, which was an absolute delight. For the main course, the Meads Cut steak was cooked to perfection—medium rare, juicy, and tender, with the fat beautifully rendered. The accompanying salsa and bordelaise sauces were warm and flavorful.

The Truffle Mac and Cheese was a standout. The pasta was cooked al dente, with a rich truffle flavor in every bite and a crispy, golden cheese crust that made it irresistibly good. I’d come back just for this dish alone! To round off the meal, we had the Tiramisu, which was creamy, rich, and boasted a slightly stronger alcoholic flavor than usual. This gave it a bold twist that set it apart from the classic version.

Overall, the food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. It’s definitely one of the best steakhouses I’ve been to and a place I’d highly recommend for a special night out!

Visited the cafe during dinner time with a group of friends. I tried the Prawn with scrambled eggs fried rice and it was amazing. The prawns were not only large but also perfectly cooked, pairing well with the runny scrambled eggs and fragrant fried rice. Highly recommend!
