Quite good, very creamy, reminds me of carbonara except the soup was thinner

Nothing VERY special about it considering the 2 MICHELIN STAR dashi, but good enough to be called a ramen worth trying.
Noodles were great, the flavor of soup was unique but enjoyable, the chashu and egg was okay, and as a spinach lover I do love the little addition of horenzo right there.
I’d say it’s worth a try! Especially if you’re into creamy things!

The tomato chutney was a little spicy but it was amazing and it’s my favorite thing throughout the dish! It was full of flavors that’s complemented really well with the mild cheese & spinach souffle. I appreciate that the parmesan-crumbed eggs’ yolk still flows even though it’s fried again. I can’t really taste the parmesan but it was no big deal as it’s probably covered by the amazing chutney. The savory french toast was fluffy without being too soak-y, perfect! This item is not what you regularly see on brunch menus so if you’re curious, do give it a try, it’s a great dish overall!
I also tried their sweet french toast that I’ll post later coz I don’t want you guys getting overwhelmed bc reading too much :)) So far, I really recommend you visiting Wild Honey if you’re a brunch person honestly coz there are various interesting brunch items on the menu!

Here, I’m just gonna say that I was surprised of the amount of MSG that was there... I mean like why would you put a pile of MSG in a dish like that?

Salmon skin was nicely crispy, that was impressive! The salmon was quite big, kinda lacked flavor but complimented with the veggies surrounding it
The hummus was nice, cauli and bruised tomatoes as well.
I really liked the addition of few pomegranates and pistachio that gave some ‘surprises’ of flavor!

Prepare to be dazzled by their pastry case as everything looks so pretty and you just can’t decide which to have.
Here are the two that I decided to try out (“Bananier” was sold out :( )
Fluffy consist of white chocolate mousse, strawberry cremeux, passionfruit jelly and almond genoise (sponge cake). The white chocolate mousse had real good smooth texture and wasn’t as sweet as expected (which is perfect!) however it is too monotonous on its own. The existence of the strawberry cremeux really leveled the cake up! Love how tart and delicious the cremeux was! The almond genoise also played a good role to add some texture without diminishing ‘fluffiness’ of the cake. Indeed the ‘fluffiest’ pastry I’ve ever had 🥰

Surprisingly, everyone was Indonesian!
Ok now to the main topic, their famous 🍳salted egg chicken rice🍗🍚
The sauce had the right texture, creamy but not too creamy. The salted egg flavor was notable, however, I think it’s a little too sweet and might need more curry leaves to get that curry ‘kick’. The chicken pieces were quite good, the batter decent.
Overall, I enjoyed it! If it were less sweet it would’ve totally been better!
Tip: if you want a fried egg in your rice set, you have to specify!

The ‘coffee’ comes from the coffee creme fraiche spread on the toast, although I hardly taste any coffee. I LOVE their smoked salmon and their PERFECTLY poached eggs 🍳 {swipe for some real good #yolkporn }. Switched sourdough to multigrain because their multigrain toast is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. Completed with dill capers and seasonal salad, totally a great dish for brunching. 🥞🍓🍨
On the third picture I present you their buttermilk waffles with berry compote and vanilla ice cream. Love the waffles! The outer part is lil crunchy and the inner part is soft and airy. Also love their compote because the sourness just goes perfect with the vanilla ice cream. {some people say @strangersreu have the best waffles in Singapore!}

While literal ‘Es Alpukat’ consist of Avocado Juice mixed with coffee and topped chocolate condensed milk, Union’s cake consist of avocado mousse and jelly layered in between coffee sponge cakes, with coffee biscuit bottom, glazed with avocado glaze and completed with coffee crumble.
Liked how the avocado flavor stands out in the mousse since I can still taste that lil-bitter avocado flavor. The coffee sponge has notable coffee flavor and the biscuit at the bottom still has that bitter coffee powder taste. The cake truly resembles ‘Es Alpukat’ and is a must try for es alpukat lovers!
Their chocolate pudding tasted nice especially the vla 😍. Vla had the right sweetness and when the cake & pudding is drenched in it, it just makes a really good dessert!

Tried LOTS of their choux + entremets {last picture serves for proof HAHA I’ve had more than that too} but for now I’ll just discuss their newest creation, the Honey Matcha dessert jar. I decided to try it out because they ran out of apple crumble choux; my initial target, during my visit. {i’ll visit again for those next time and on that post I will also be more specific about their other creations}
The dessert jar is IMPRESSIVE. A lot of elements are incorporated in the jar, each having their own texture and flavor.
Honey jelly, matcha cremeux, matcha chiffon crumble, Valrhona Opalys white chocolate crumble, all plays distinct roles in creating the perfect taste of this whole dessert jar.
Crunchy then smooth, unsweet then sweet; the ‘play’ that this dessert jar creates is just genius!
Totally looking forward for more flavors in their dessert jar series!

In frame is the Green Energy in M size which has the lowest calorie of all other options but just as delicious! Also in frame is the Martabak bowl in S size.
All bowls are frozen banana smoothie based. Green Energy is more to refreshing side and Martabak is more to chocolatey-nutty-creamy side. I loveee the chocolate energy balls in the martabak bowl! 🥜🍫🍌
