Apiary has AMAZING gelatos! All of them had perfect sweetness and creaminess, totally of good quality!
Apiary: Honey and cacao nibs. This one is mindblowing good. It was creamy yet light and refreshing.
Pistachio: always one of the best gelato flavors, but somehow Apiary’s is even better! Somehow better than your usual pistachio gelato, the nuttiness are somehow more enhanced, so GOOD!
Matcha: VERY NICE! It had strong matcha which was so into my liking b
Can only sample maximum of 3 and I sampled Blue Milk, Apiary, and “Despicable” (banana brownie walnut), ALL of them are amazing! The blue milk isn’t just any ordinary milk, a perfect amount of saltiness was added making it đŸ‘ŒđŸ».
VERY RECOMMENDED TO VISIT FOR GELATO LOVERS/SEEKERS!

This was above my expectations!
The soups was rich but not over flavorful, the kwayteow had nice texture, the beef was nice and tender.
Recommended if you’re visiting Amoy Street Food Centre!

To be honest, this is one of the nicest pastries I have encountered in a while!
I’m a big pastry fan but this time, this one by Nesuto is exceptional and I’ll say it’s a must try from their pastry case!
I’ve been told by the staff that Ispahan is the sweetest amongst their other flavors but I think the sweetness is just perfect, it’s a dessert after all so I believe it needs to be just perfectly sweet, and this one is indeed PERFECTLY sweet.
The components of this pastry all played a part in creating a beautiful overall taste and texture. Starting from the very nicely fragrant rose bavaroise mousse, tangy raspberry gelee, sweeter lychee gelee, vanilla chiffon, and finally their Brown sugar sable which I think is one of the BEST tart bases I’ve tried. If you try it, you’ll notice how the base is NICE, sort of stands out too!
Okay again, this is RECOMMENDED!

I love salmons and I loved this even more because the salmon was cooked very nicely! It was juicy, full of its natural flavor. Pistachio crust indeed gave it more uniqueness, it was put on top of potato rosti which I think can be bigger (bc the name is Salmon Rosti). The rosti itself was great in the middle part but I think the exteriors were slightly over-fried, giving that smoky flavor which some people may not like at all. As for me, it was still ok since can just put the over-fried parts aside. On the bottom of it all are rocket salad which I think was nice, I rlly liked the addition of pomegranates that added some sweetness and juiciness that was essential in bringing balance to this whole plate!
Overall, at $24 it was quite worth it given the location and all, especially the quality (& how I enjoyed it). Still slightly bothered by the over-fried rosti tho.

This was overall nice and enjoyable, quite recommended if you’re looking for a decent bibimbap! The beef bulgogi was nice and flavorful although i think it can be less dry. The other veggies were in nice portions. Loved their spinach (i’m a spinach fan)
Loved their gochujang as it wasn’t intense. I usually don’t use em but I used them here!

The pudding was served warm and amazingly moist, loved the flavor of it too as it wasn’t over sweet, with large date pieces that still remain which had more sweetness without being too sugary.
Toffee sauce was generous but it’s too bitter for my liking. When paired with the sweet vanilla ice cream it was still okay overall, still VERY enjoyable
Recommended if you like sticky date puddings! The pudding damn nice!

This was AMAZING! Inside the perfectly toasted bread are some damn good melted cheese, coating the outer part of bread itself was another crunchy cheese layer.
Served on top of nice tomato soup that goes really well with the cheese toast
REALLY RECOMMENDED!

This was quite good! As a banana-chocolate flavor lover I was also looking forward to try this out. Consists of nice fudgy chocolate that wasn’t too sweet which I rlly liked, topped of with a layer of banana element that I think needs more thickness to give more banana flavors.
Liked how the chocolate flavor is ‘premium’. The tart base was also nice
Overall enjoyable!

Came here specifically for this cake, but didn’t taste as good as expected
The cake was too dry for my liking. The blueberry gelee in the middle didn’t have that intense blueberry I was expecting, the purple cream was nice in between, then it is coated with dense cream cheese frosting that is almost like a cheesecake on its own. Overall still somewhat enjoyable but I don’t think it was worth my anticipation.

The soft serve was nice, lavender and earl grey just nicely notable, the sweetness was also toned greatly.
The waffles are BOMB! Must get! They were freshly made so the inner part is just soooo soft, and the outer part nicely crunchy đŸ€€. SO GOOD!
Their ‘Make your own waffle’ set comes with
3 Toppings, I chose Dark Chocolate coated Honeycombs, Almond Thins, strawberries
I’m surprised by the generous amount of honeycombs given, and the same time I’m surprised of how few the strawberry is. It’s just a strawberry cut into 4 pieces haha. Might not be the most ‘worth it’ topping to get but I’d still get strawberries to sort of hydrate the mouth after the sweet stuffs.

Expensive, but ofc worth to have some time in a while. Lotsa shine muscat, the fruits are already nice on its own, lying on a tart with yuzu cream. Liked that the yuzu wasn’t intensely striking and the tart base was ofc nice as expected. If you’re a shine muscat lover like me, of course you won’t walk past Tarte without getting one!
