Good but very rich. A bit too sweet with the milk powder though.
Pretty tart but the yuzu pearls were nice and refreshing. Also enjoyed the cassis shell. A nice change from the usual cloyingly sweet desserts.
Slightly too firm, though the truffle oil definitely came through. Not bad.
Loved the crispy skin, though tge salmon itself came off slightly overcooked and tough.
Highly recommend! Love the truffle. It's also just $12 for a medium pizza during lunch.
$25. Gorgeous presentation, carrot purée was surprisingly good, especially paired with the asparagus and beetroot. Fish skin was nice and crispy, and I liked the crunch and sweetness the pomegranate seeds added to the dish. Highly recommend!
$12. Wished the matcha taste came out more strongly. Was too sweet for me - disappointing.
Uni taste did not shine through, and the cream sauce was a tad watery and drowned the yolk. Tasty nonetheless. Pretty presentation though.
$15. Personally thought the beef was better alone than with the rendang sauce. The sauce was more reminiscent of satay sauce. Beef cubes were tender and flavorful.
