Had the mushroom cheese toast and truffle Mac & cheese.
I like the mushroom cheese toast as they used Portobello mushroom but it would be good if the toast is much bigger
For the Mac & cheese, I like that cheddar and mozzarella cheese being used but the nacho cheese is very artificial for my looking.
Overall, I think is quite alright but could be better
Had their signature korowak noodle which consist of char siew, pork ribs, soup & fried wanton ($5.50)
I like the pork rib the most it being flavourful, soft and slide off the bone easily
Had a raspberry cake, lemon tart & hojicha cake.
Raspberry cake was too sweet for my liking, lemon tart was not sour and I like the crust.
Hojicha cake is the best for me as it has a strong tea taste and cake is moist
Had the lunch deal ($18.90++) additional $5 more for steak.
Steak was on point and delicious. Fries was cooked to order. Soup of the day was tomato which is delicious and drink I got hot tea due to the cold weather
Wanted to eat the claypot hokkien mee but it was closed. Was exploring around to explore this western stall which has a long history.
I ordered the crispy chicken ($8.90) and I like it that it is thinly battered and chicken was moist. They also have free tartar sauce for you to take so it is good alternative other than chilli and tomato which is rare in a hawker.
Toilet around the toilet was surprising clean too which is a first for a coffeeshop
Got their mala crispy chicken burger for an affordable price of $5.99.
The chicken is not just chicken patty but like chicken thigh. Fries is cheese fries with meats and drinks is like passionfruit drink which is a good. Got a side of tatter tots with mentako sauce and is really good
Went to Luna again after some time and got their classic Luna 2.0 ($9) and got Blossom ($9).
The Blossom is like a standard lychee cream which is alright but not wow enough.
However, the Luna 2.0 is their OG and I like the richness of the chocolate and the cruchiness hazelnut
First time trying Kambing Soup as it looks interesting.
I like the thickness and richness of the soup which is like Thai Green Curry.
The (goat) mutton is boneless so it is not messy.
Overall, really like it
Even though review in Google is quite low and it's so called Sazierya is usual below average, I wanted to give it a try.
I ordered their chicken teriyaki pasta while my friend had the chicken & beef hamburger.
I really like the pasta. Even though there is no sauce, it is not dry and flavourful. The hamburger wise, the patty is kind of salty.
Overall, I would say is a affordable and decent meal in a heartland mall
Went to this restaurant again for their lunch set deal. Ordered their fish set ($17.90++). The fish was larger than I expect. However, I feel that the fish is kind of salty. However, I do like the concept of using the 2nd fillet in a soup and enjoy it.
Overall, still worth it with the size and free flow sides
Had the bib gourmet michelin and got the Young Mutton Biryani Regular ($17.50). Food was good and filling. It will be good if price is more affordable
First time trying this Mala from this stall. I like how the sauce is seperated for you to decide our saucey you want. However, downside is that it is like grainy satay texture instead of the usual spicy style.
Price wise, paid $25.56 for 830g so about $3.08 for 100g
