Tastes like other ordinary cheesecakes. But hey, this is totally more insta-worthy! Don't bother ordering their iced coffee drinks, gave them 2 tries and they are still really meh!
My favorite ramen spot. You have to try their unconventional crab stock broth which my boyfriend and I were initially skeptical about but now sold! Also love how you can customize the texture of your ramen and the flavor of your broth on an order form. Currently serving the best ajitama I have ever tasted. Did I mention that they serve free flow marinated bean sprouts as well? Thumbs up.
The Egg Royale Breakfast was pretty decent, much better than the All Day Breakfast that Tian Kee & Co. serves, which was pretty pathetic in serving and ingredients, in my honest opinion. Love how the rich hollandaise sauce complements the smoked salmon. It is quite pricey for its tiny portion though.
The Smoked Duck Carbonara is my ultimate favorite! Love the creamy sauce that isn't too thick to make you sian of it after awhile. The duck is really tasty and not too tough and complements the sauce really well. The Tom Yum Pasta is a must order but it is slightly salty for my liking. Cheese fries is pretty decent with lots of cheese and mayo and spring onions.
Pretty pricey for a dessert that didn't leave an impression. Service was really horrible and the shop was understaffed. My order was left on the counter for quite some time before a staff was available to pick it up and my soft serve was already melting when it was served to me. Meh.
Not sure if anyone else is like me, but I prefer to have Kway Teow rather than the conventional Mee Kia when I have my Wanton Mee (I generally dislike yellow noodles of any form). Here's Hua Kee Hougang Famous Wanton Mee, ranked one of the tops in Singapore and I can understand why!
Fresh strawberries and fluffy cake from BB tucked in a quiet corner of an old estate - Bendemeer. Cakes are very reasonably priced. My favorite is their red velvet! Excited to try more flavors.
Pork Ribs Kway Teow from Chung Cheng Chilli Mee located at the Golden Mile Beach Road Food Centre. My grandma first introduced this gem to me as her childhood favorite and now, I'm hooked! Can never get enough of the chilli... Noms.
The most raved hotpot place in Singapore. Needs no further introduction. Impeccable service and quality of food deserve everyone's seconds. But hmm, you may end up paying $50/pax for a meal. Is it worth the price? Definitely.
