This is so damn good - almost like foodgasm in the mouth. Can't help but salivate while looking at these glorious thick cuts of sashimi and juicy ikura! Their chirashi don has always been always famous for being super value for money or you can go for the Chirashi Kou, served with more premium sashimi – Chutoro, Unagi, Hotate and Amaebi, apart from the usual salmon and mekajiki, on days when you feel like giving yourself a better treat!

My favourite place for ramen a few years back... Noodles are springy and broth is sufficiently rich but lacking a punch. Their tama needs to be more flavourful though. Overall, a decent bowl of ramen.

Heard that this is the first mookata restaurant I. Singapore! One of the few places using charcoal heat source, don't really like those using gas or electric stoves. Really value for money set at $39.90, serves up to 3.

Ask anyone for the best mee hoon kueh in Singapore, 4 out of 5 of them will answer "City Plaza Mee Hoon Kueh". Love the chewy and "uneven" texture of their handmade kueh (I'm not sure if it's just me, but I hate thin machine made kuehs!) and their tasty soup. A generous portion for just $3.50. And the best part of this is definitely the famous chilli 🔥.

Teppei's bara chirashi don minus the insane waiting list, still our favourite spot for our quick chirashi fix! The marinate complements the succulent sashimi cubes so well and helps to mask any trace of fishyness. I'm craving for this as I type this already...

It has been tooooooo long! Their tom yum seafood pasta has been always good and decided to try something new — the smoked duck aglio olio and oops, 🙊 I like it better!

Ordered our usuals, tom yum koong and som tum, but had pandan chicken instead of basil pork! I kind this if this or Nana Thai is my favourite. But both are definitely gooooooood and... cheap!

One of my favourtie Prawn Noodles in Singapore! However, the dry tossed noodles can be a tad too oily towards the end, do remember to ask for less oil! Nevertheless, it is still really yummy. It opens till late night and can be a good spot for supper too :)

Officially my new favorite ramen, I'm sorry Keisuke. I love their rich broth and springy noodles so much and their ramen are so reasonably priced! They have to work on their ajitama though, so far my favorite lava egg is still Keisuke's.

This highly-raved dish from The Sushi Bar needs no further introduction! The rich, creamy mentaiko, lightly-torched salmon and buttery avocado are as if they are made for each other. Just so GOOD.

Having a hard time figuring which list should I chuck this under haha! The highly raved mentaiko carbonara and mentaiko ebi pasta really lived up to its reputation, of being cheap and good! Super affordable mentaiko pasta fix. Do note that it may get a little gelat for some after awhile but it was fine for me! So noms.

Average waffles but their Thai red tea and earl grey ice cream are REALLY GOOD 😋 haha my favourite usuals that hardly go wrong.
