Rocket salad with mushroom, confit tomato and parmesan cheese.

This dish totally blow my mind, it was unexpectedly good and balanced in flavor. The peppery bitter taste wasn't too strong in this dish which relatively easy to eat.

Back here for my favourite kakigori at the moment, the "tie guan yin" tea kakigori. Serving with taro ball, boba, cincao and jelly pearl.

The tea gave a nice fragrant with the not too sweet sugar level, pairing very well with the topping. Taro ball and bubble serve on the side to retain the perfect texture instead of placing on the kakigori that harden the texture.

Underneath the shaved ice, the jelly pearl surprised me with the nice crunchy and lighter texture compare to traditional boba.

Fried goat cheese with apple chutney, pickled onion and tapenade dressing.

Start our night with appetiser, first time trying on deep fried goat cheese in perfect golden crispy breaded layer.

Nested in a quiet neighbourhood area, i cant take my eye off the line of pastry once entering the shop.

Got myself salted caramel cruffin, strawberry cheese tart, banana scotch Danish and ikan bilis egg croissant.

My favourite got to be the banana scotch danish, the perfect sweetness from the butterscotch and slight caramelized banana in the centre. Yum

Guilt free ice cream with fresh milk and unrefined sugar in this pastel ice cream store in TTDI. I had the dates ice cream which quite creamy with the nutty ness from almond bite. Not too sweet just perfect for after meal dessert.

Maitake mushroom, nahm prik num, truffle oil, brown butter, pine nut, fried garlic and spring onion.

My favourite dish during our visit, the nahm prik num got a slight mint taste which very nice.
