Spanish toasted churros with chocolate sauce dip. Saw this cafe on @stormscape feed some time back and managed to try it today. Overall, food here is mediocre and rather pricey. Surprisingly, lots of students can afford the food here.
They have arrived! Ice cream was decent but the macron was on the hard to chew side.

Sorry to say this but the famous French fries didn't caught my attention. It was just a mountain of fries with a steak. How good could it be? .

They sliced the steak before serving which maximized the contact to the secret "L’Entrecôte" sauce. Not only the sauce didn't overpower the steak, it was able to draw out the sweetness of the steak. .

My recommendation is to change to the fries to truffle fries. The hint of truffle enhanced the taste of steak and made this dish tasted even better. .

Roadhouse a great for a nice night out that won't burn a hole in your pocket. The 3-course Valentine's Day special is pretty cool at only $68 per couple. Alternatively, go for the classics that can't go wrong like the bacon marinated burger or the mushroom wagyu burger. Get some truffle fries to share too. The ambiance is lovely, dim and intimate yet vibrant and casual at the same time. Dress up or dress down as you like, it's just about good food and good company here.
