Penne Pesto ($13): it was my first time having freshly made pesto and it was amazing!! The sauce was chunky so you could feel the pieces of spinach, cheese and crushed pine nuts. It perfect laced each piece of penne with its creamy and luxurious taste that came from the cheese and nuts. Yumsss

Pizza ($22): 1/2 Primavera - Mozzarella, prosciutto, rocket, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
Pizza:1/2 Vegetariana - Eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes. The pizza was gooooood! Thin crust with a crispy edge.

Bak Chor Mee (#01-18) - I love how they used the old school heavy porcelain bowls. It brings back childhood memories. They’re very very generous with their meat portions! The noodles were chewy an springy but it tasted a little too sweet for my liking.

Shredded Chicken Hor Fun (#01-05) - The noodles were chewy & smooth, coated a simple soya sauce based sauce. I wish there was more flavour to the sauce though!

.
Dumpling Noodles (#01-05) - This was a little disappointing. I think we’re used to the pale yellow wanton mee noodles, not this yellow flour-y ones 😣. The sauce was underwhelming and lacking flavour

Bunker Cheese Burger - Jumbo Wagyu patty, American and Cheddar cheese homemade Brioche with cheese dipping sauce. The solid and wholesome taste of the wagyu really came through for this burger. It was the main flavour profile, as compared to the other burger which had so many other flavours. It completely satisfied my craving for BEEF. Sadly, the patty was a little overcooked but the taste was spot on!!

Armoury Burger - 200gm Wagyu patty, bacon, melted American and Cheddar cheese, homemade Brioche. This was the full-package burger! It had the perfect combination of perfectly cooked patty, complementary sauce, lightly toasted brioche bun, a great mix of cheese AND BACON! I appreciate how they compensated the salty bacon by under-seasoning their patty and how every ingredient served a purpose in the burger!

I was surprised at how creamy the omelette was! (I was so tempted to ask the waitress if they put heavy cream in the egg). Other than that, I l wished it could have been a little more undercook and that the unagi flavour would have surfaced a little more.

Grilled chicken served with lemon and yuzu pepper. The skin was mind-blowing! It was sooo thin and crispy, it was as if they replaced it with the suckling pig skin. The meat was tender and moist but mildly flavoured (which was intentional). It was well completed with this heavy and intense yuzu pepper paste like sauce. What an interesting dish both in flavours and textures.
