So we finally made it down to Paradise Dynasty to try these colorful award-winning little blobs. My word. We were not disappointed. Just look at the steam coming off these soup dumplings!

Szechuan, ginseng, foie gras, black truffle, cheese, crab roe, garlic, and original. Eight handmade soup dumplings that made our tastebuds tingle and yearn for more. Especially delish was the crab roe, black truffle, garlic, and our absolute favorite, foie gras! The rich and intense broth injected in the soup dumpling leaves little to imagination, its sweetness puncturing our thoughts with happiness, and all we can do is smile.

And stuff our faces with more.

Lao Ban Niang (lady boss) Jeanette is very passionate about food. She goes to fishery port at 1am to buy fresh fishes and is very strict about food quality. We love the assam fish head. They also make their own yam rings and deep fried to a crispy basket. Burps!

Essentially a valentine to the Rossini cocktail. The strawberry sorbet was sublime, and truly tasted like (icy) fresh purรฉed strawberriesโ€ฆor that could be what my rather buzzed mind was telling me, as the prosecco was as ruthlessly efficient as a ninja in accomplishing its mission to make me really, really happy. 4.2/5
