Carbonara sans cream! Not a fan of cream-based pasta and this was lovely to the last bite. I hope they keep this on the menu.
Airflown from Italy, the restaurant claims, and grilled with garlic and rosemary. Not exactly off the beaten track, but something that would really make my plate.

Not the easiest place to get to on an ordinary day out unless you were planning to travel 'overseas'. But once you get there, the vibes, the ambiance, and of course the food, make it all worthwhile!
