Filled to the rim with gooey goodness, this rich beefy tomato sauce is layered with eggplant and potatoes instead of the pasta sheets in lasagna, covered with a thick layer of white bรฉchamel sauce and blanketed with cheese.
Reel back on the meat with a vegetarian version at $25.90.
All in all, the total bill also came up rather hefty on a busy weekend night where every table was filled. Remember to reserve seats in advance!
Grilled perfectly with a slightly smokey flavour on the lamb.
Baked till a nice golden crust has formed on the potatoes.
Enjoyed with a squeeze of lemon, sprinkle of salt and a pinch of dried oregano.
Grilled lamb chops (3) marinated with oregano & rosemary with oven-baked potatoes on the side.
Our favourite of the day.
Meat was juicy and tender with the right amount of char.
Minced lamb and beef kebab
Grilled skewers served with tomato, onion, tzatziki, pita bread and fries.
Portion can get filling especially with lots of carbs. The pita bread is less thrilling and can come in a choice of wrapped or unwrapped.
Tzatziki- a Refreshing Greek yoghurt mixed with cucumber, garlic & Bakalaki Extra Virgin Olive Oil can be ordered separately at the starters section of the menu at $15.90.
Greek Chicken Gyros
Grilled skewers served with tomato, onion, tzatziki, pita bread and fries.
Portion can get filling especially with lots of carbs. The pita bread is slightly thicker and can come in a choice of wrapped or unwrapped.
Chilled chickpea spread with tahini, garlic, lemon juice, herbs and olive oil.
Pita bread with salted oregano is slight sweeter and less airy or fluffy than the complimentary bread basket ๐ ๐งบ personally preferred the toasted free bread (may not need to get the pita if so) with the hummus with free flow olive oil (add to taste).

Flavour selection 4: Spicy Fragrant (herbs and broad-bean paste)
Place is quite easy to locate set within a dim bar ambiance instead of a bright place for brunch.
Food was so-so onlyโฆ one would visit more for the ambience.
Quite average tasting for a restaurant-styled location, the service staff sounded like she was chasing us a little on a weekday afternoon lunch.
Dry bouncy noodles with spicy and sour homemade Kimchi with pork belly Shabu and a tinge of Yuzu
The flavours are really unique and delicious but can get slightly salty over time. Do mix well before eating ๐ฅฃ
Store waitress was kind enough to provide a refill of the hot gingery meat broth that came with the meal.
Regular sized, less sugar, less ice.
Would be nice if you stick to the standard sugar content/ level.
The mochi and mashed taro combo has an interesting texture but can get filling if you have too much.
Donโt keep this for more than 4 hours in the takeaway box or the rice will start to sour alittle.
Hard lesson learnt.
The prawn cakes were not bad but the sauce can get alittle salty if eaten on its own.
