Very chewy noodles, fragrant minced meat, and light crispy ikan billis. The soup was ikan billis base and tasted light and naturally sweet. Downside was that no eggs were provided.

The Ngoh Hiang was savoury, fresh off the oil, and clearly home made. Fried wanton all so addictive, so light yet packs a fragrant punch with the well marinated meat. The boiled wanton was there to balance the strong flavours while keeping you hooked on for more. Lastly, the fried pork was on the lean side but the amount of melting fats did not disappoint.

Description: This dish came with 2chappati, 1papaddum, 2choice of vegetable, rice with dhal. Papaddum was stale, chapati was just normal, the rice with dhal was very fragrant, vegetables was spicy and savoury.
