I finally get to sink my teeth into the legendary croissants from Lune Croissant.

If there’s anything flakier than me, it’s got to be their croissants. The coconut pandan croissant had a rich coconut flavour and the pandan aroma just peeks through. It kinda reminds me of kaya but an eggless version.

Lune is definitely a stop you should make if you’re coming to Melbourne.

Decided to order this when I saw slabs of these pork belly sitting on the kitchen counter. The pork cracklings were incredibly crispy and the meat tender and juicy.

Apart from the pork belly, CALIA also serves a menu of Japanese-inspired cuisine designed by Michelin-started chef Francisco Araya.

That’s the name of this dish! This is a new dish by Paradise Classic. It’s basically a huge pot of seafood such as crab, prawns, garoupa fish, squid and thick beehoon in a robust, umami-filled, slurp-worthy broth. ~
I want to bath in that broth because it’s too damn delicious and it’s unfair that only my mouth gets to taste it.

The ribs are not exactly barbecue because the ribs are Sous-Vide (yet again) for 4 hours before I popped it in the oven with my spice mix.

The result - succulent meat that falls right off the bone.
