Carrot cake is decent, nothing surprising. But I love the mint pie! It is not too heavy, not too sweet and with hidden chunks of brownie. And the crispy pie crust adds texture to it.

The combination of toasts and Marmite is something new and worth trying. But it gets a little salty towards the end and the poached egg was overcooked.

Extremely rich and warm chocolate lava cake that is not too sweet. Price is on the high side but definitely worth it.

Home-cooked bibimbap is the best! ((:

Gravy of lor mee is not too thick, just nice for my liking. The shark's meat (real shark's meat?) is crispy and fresh. I don't mind having this every week.

Simple but delicious hawker food! The food dumplings are fresh inside and crispy outside. The gravy of the hor fun has the sweetness the herbs used.

Never thought that laksa and pasta can go well together. It's really an interesting combination. (:

Awesome poached eggs that are not over-cooked. And I like the bacon which is coated with maple syrup! Unlike the too-salty-for-my-liking bacons that are served in most cafes/restaurants, I think their bacon is really good (: The rosti is not bad too.
