The owners of AEIOU cafe let us have a sample of the Lime Tarts that they serve here. The base wasn't too crumbly, buttery and fragrant. Lime flavours were a bit strong, probably toned down and sweeter would be fine. But this should go down to lemon tart lovers just fine.
