I had Duck Confit Egg Noodles along with refreshing Spinach leaves drizzled with a yummy sesame dressing. The Duck was crispy on the outside, and flavourfully soft on the inside. The caviar is smoked to rid it of the fishy taste and placed on top of the tiramisu that's made with mascaporne and salted caramel. Weirdly this combo works. All in all, Bincho is one of the best yakitori I've been to, but it's also one of the priciest. I wouldn't normally travel that far just to have brunch but it was a good choice after Coney Island. The place WA super packed and I am not surprised. There's not many places in the area for a nice big brekkie. The food (thank God!) was worth the wait.
