The caviar is smoked to rid it of the fishy taste and placed on top of the tiramisu that's made with mascaporne and salted caramel. Weirdly this combo works. All in all, Bincho is one of the best yakitori I've been to, but it's also one of the priciest. I'll definitely go back again as there were so many tempting dishes made right in front of us since we sat at the yakitori bar, bit definitely not so soon.
