Rhubarb seems to be in season coz there's rhubarb dishes everywhere in the Faroes.

Seasons Restaurant is run by a friendly husband and wife pair and the excellent food and service has garnered a recommendation from the Michelin guide. A good stop if you're heading to the Melrose Abbey

Excellent breakfast at the hideaway cafe, a short drive out of Stirling.

We had a feast of our own - roasted langoustines, spaghetti vongole, baked whole sole, Cullen Skink which were all really good. Thanks for the reco @ceadsearc
