A lovely dish. Crispy potato scales on top of a soft fish fillet on top of an orange and rosemary cream sauce. Nice presentation with leaves made out of gravy. Price : 57€/plate

It's a nice clear soup with black truffles, soft vegetables and tender beef brunoise (soft but all still in a perfect brunoise shape), in a light but savory beef broth and covered with pastry. The only flaw is to have this amazing dish directly after eating foie gras, because this soup also contains small cubes of foie gras.

First time eating a foie gras escalope. Really tasteful! The soft texture of the foie gras and the level of sauce taste to balance the foie gras is just right. The polenta underneath is also nice and soft.

So... Delicious!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐It's a folded bread filled with mozzarella cheese and tomato paste! I had mine with chorizo! Eat it while it's still hot!

Look what i found when i was shopping in France! Taste's not so bad for a dish like this(even if it's not the same).
