Thin mochi, with red bean/green been/black sesame paste.
A nice plate of blowfish sashimi, with a strong unique tingling taste, and there's three types of cutting. Thin slices, cooked, and fatty shreds. The main texture is quite chewy. For the cooked ones, the texture's between mackerel and squid. On the other hand, the shreds tastes between squid and gelatin. It was a very good sashimi, and the dipping was soy sauce mixed with lemon juice.
Got this in takoyaki museum in Osaka, near the universal studio. 3 versions of takoyaki; dipped in dashi, usual ones, and salt. So soft, different from the ones i got back in Indonesia.
Bought it in universal studios japan, sausage shaped as dinosaur ribs.

A good dessert, but not the best.
Nicely roasted and it's very tender. Served with polenta on top.
