It's matsusaka beef week and we decided to splurge on a hearty bowl of roast matsusaka beef uni ikaru don. It cost $39.80 before Gst and tax. Verdict: Not bad but Not awesome either. The beef was roasted to medium rare, it's soft, chewy and full of flavour. It's my first time eating Uni and sad to say, I'm not a fan. My colleague say it's pretty good. It's a generous portion of beef. If you are a meat lover, it's def worth a try. Pay via JCB for discounts

I think this replaces the popular Tagliolini, Crab & Ndjua. Nevertheless, it's equally yummy! Trofie is a short, thin, twisted pasta , originated from Liguria, North Italy. This dish is a Tomato based crabmeat pasta. The Nduja gave the sauce more robust and the streamlined grainy texture of the Trofie held the sauce perfectly . Symmetry has always been popular for their awesome brunch menu but I urge you to try out their dinner menu. This Canelloni sent me to the moon and back. The Canelloni is filled with creamy prawns and scallop dipped in a creamy pesto (I think) and Roe. Every mouth is packed with flavours and texture. simply awesome!!!

I was over the moon when Symmetry is part of the dining privileges for AMEX . I love their brunch and to have dining deals for their dinner menu is just amazing. I had the Grey Shrimp pasta and it was lovely. It's a creamy based sauce. Its not too overly Richy and creamy which is how I liked my pasta to be . The shrimps was huge and generous and it was grilled to perfection. Not a very big portion so it's perfect for the ladies :) overall, I would say im super Impressed !

400-day grain fed wagyu steak served with black pepper sauce accompanied by mesclun salad drizzled with an 1837 Green tea vinaigrette and truffle matchsticks potatoes sprinkled with Matcha Powder. Couldn't taste the Matcha Powder. But the beef is a winner. Cripsy on the outside, juciy and tender on the inside .

I don't know about you but I LOVE Korean Ramen. Blame the Korea dramas but there is sth satisfying slurping down those awesome mee on metal pots. This spicy stew is rich in flavours and is perfect for a rainy day. The beef and octopus was so fresh, just remember not to let them cook too long. Mine turn a little tough after a while. Top up some ramen noodle to complete the Korean ramen experience !

Till today , I have yet to eat a Carrot Cake as awesome as this one. It's so moist and the cream cheese just melts in your mouth. In addition, you get a generous amount of nuts for that crunchy texture. Head over here to try this guy out and let me know if you know someone that can beat this

Imagine putting a huge succulent Oyster in the middle of a hot crispy omelette and u have an Oyster Pancake. It's doesn't quite taste like the pancakes I had in Korea but man this Pancake didn't disappoint at all. Dip it with soy sauce and wasabi and you are off to la la land.

I queued 1hr 30mins for this noodle. I was rally hungry, my legs were aching and My expectations was sky high.. It is a good bowl of noodle. Every single element of the dish was well done. The egg, noodle , Prawn right down to the soup. It was all prepare to perfection. But for 1hr 30mins wait.. nahhh .. there a alot of good food in Amoy that has way shorter waiting time.
