The start (after 5 amuse bouches anyway) of a ridiculously inventive meal, backed by a complex and amazing interplay of flavours and textures. Even the bread board was amazing- 2 types of bread were served with whipped smoked butter and whipped iberico butter. So good!!

We probably ordered too much food, but the Lamb Shashuka was to die-for. Apparently they do sell out early, so wake up early for it!
