Today I decided to do a little 'baking', triggered by some over-ripe bananas that I had (dibuang sayang) Since I don't have a proper oven, I "baked" it using a rice-cooker. Just google 'banana cake rice cooker' if you are interested ;) I modified the recipe from interne with whatever ingredient that I have. Almond butter and olive oil to replace butter, combination of almond meal and self raising flour instead of just flour, brown sugar to replace sugar. This picture shows the almond meal plus almond butter in the green bowl. Result picture will be posted after this :) #Day6 #100happydays #PartOne

Here is the almond banana cake! Looks a bit weird? As a matter of fact, up to the batter stage, it all went well. But dunno is it because of the ingredient changes or the 'baking' duration, the cake sides were all burnt, that I cut off all of them. The sides were totally black and even stuck to the teflon pan. I guess it is more descriptive to call this the 'inside' cake :)) Nevertheless, it is very good, very soft, moist, and with just right level of semi-sweetness. I ate it while it was warm with butter (a friend apparently has some). It tasted even better than I thought 😍 #Day6 #100happydays #PartTwo

I have a feeling that my #100happydays project will be dominated with food pictures haha. Here's a picture from yesterday's Japanese food galore that I had yesterday with my boyfriend. Delicious!!

Layered #simplegreensmoothies of mango, banana, pineapple, spinach and jeruk nipis. Yummy!
