($7.50) It's rice set meal with fried egg and veg ; they add fish sauce beside. But grilled pork was slightly a bit hard to chew thru.
($7) I saw this on google maps or eatbook? I wanted to try it out for a while but no chance until I went to beach road for matcha latte. It's dry based noodle and they add fish sauce inside noodle. But grilled pork was slightly a bit hard to chew thru and also like spring roll to be crispy and crunchy.
Had the Sliced Beef Noodle Combo Soup ($7) and it comes with sliced beef, brisket and beef balls in a clean and herby spiced broth with pho noodles. It was comforting to have a hot bowl of noodle soup especially after a long day at work. The couple running the stall moves at a fast pace and it was just a short wait in line.
Besides the pho, we also tried the Grilled Pork & Spring Roll Vermicelli ($6), a favourite of ours when we last visited Vietnam, and the rendition here comes with fairly thick cuts of grilled pork that has been marinated well and the sauce mixture for this bun thit nuong brings the savouriness and sweetness to the overall dish.
