Not just any ordinary Claypot Vegetables... yes it's lettuce and yes it's served in a hot Claypot, as simple as it looks. In between that, that is the magic of the Chef what he does to elevate the flavours of simple ingredients to an unimaginable heavenly level. As the menu doesn't give much clue to the ingredients my best guess is the use of dried salted anchovies, bean paste (Chinese miso) and probably lard.
