So it’s BLUE angel hair pasta with Uni (sea urchin) and scallops, but you kind of have it Soba style with a dipping sauce.
My friend’s comment is usually such “instagrammable food” (at least many back home) is not meant to be eaten, but this is actually not that bad.
Always a challenge to make something look good and taste beyond expectation.
