In Australia smashed avocado is de rigeur for brunch 😜. Urban Grounds cafe serves their version with peas tomatoes and dukkah with a perfectly poached egg in good company with the whole dish. The balsamic reduction added a tangy sweetness to the brunch party and the sourdough mopped up every drop on the plate
This rustic quaint cafe sits next to a scented garden designed specially for the visually handicapped which i found to be such a civic socially inclusive move by the town. The vibe here was chilled and quiet but let this not fool you into thinking their food is mediocre, as they menu is extensive and delicious as far as aussie grub goes.
Coffee was decent and waitstaff polite and friendly
In the quaint town of Toowoomba this kick-ass turkish restaurant serves really good food and a great authentic Turkish Delight
A creamy base of rice pudding supports milky smooth vanilla ice cream infused with Turkish delight jubejubes with a decorative crown of cotton candy.. served looking like a princess
We were mesmerised lock stock and barrel and enjoyed this tremendously
If you’re ever in Toowoomba make a beeline for this restaurant and have one of the best Turkish cuisines around
A quaint town inland of Brisbane theres Toowoomba which houses great cafes and fantastic coffee. Brunch today was coconut toast and poached eggs on sourdough with avocado. Prices are a little cheaper than sg, with the aussie dollar down it was even more worth it
