Tonkatsu Roku とんかつ六(ろく)

Roku Gozen (六御膳) refers to a traditional Japanese meal set consisting of six items: a main dish, small dish, rice, miso soup, pickles, and dessert.

The main features the finest loin and fillet, both cut extremely thick yet remaining soft, juicy, and pleasantly chewy.
