This Hokkien mee brand has been around since the 1970s from a pushcart stall till now (helmed by the 3rd generation) having different branches across a number of food courts in Singapore.
The hokkien mee style here is the very wet version, with noodles coated in an umami-laden gravy. Overall it is fragrant (with the noodles served in opeh leaves), and features a generous amount of prawns & squid complemented by a nice sambal chilli with the right heat.
