The Nest (Den Bengaluru)

Felt very forgotten here on the ground-floor bar. I was the only customer, & the waiter on duty sat me down & then went back to the bar counter.... Without handing me a menu.

As he was twiddling his thumbs, I was unable to get his attention & had to walk to him to ask for a menu. The menu then arrived.

I got 1 drink, & the drink was fine. I would've gotten another if I felt like I enjoyed the experience here on the whole. My complementary popcorn snack was also not replenished - that was quite expected.

Service in this bar & the hotel in general needs to be improved on.
