The dough could be executed better as it didn't get to proof fully and was slightly doughy. The toppings paired well — the meaty mushroom counters the crunchy onion flawlessly — but the tomato sauce used as the pizza's base could do with a little more tartness to balance the cheese's richness. Great batter – light, crisp, non-doughy and most importantly, non-greasy. But each morsel could do with a bigger chunk of meat to retain moisture, and a tad more seasoning. And behold, nothing gets more hipster than sriracha mayo. Ok, that's all.
